Ricky Rubio says Kevin Love ‘wants to be here’

Timberwolves forward Kevin Love’s may have been disgruntled earlier this season, but point guard Ricky Rubio says it’s been hard on Love to be away from the team.
After Love’s harsh criticism of the franchise earlier this season, fans have questioned if Love’s heart is truly in Minnesota.
Rubio has spoken to Love and says Love does want to be in Minnesota, according to Ray Richardson of the Pioneer Press.
"“He wants to be here, especially with the tough moment we’re trying to get through,” Rubio said of Love after the Wolves’ practice Tuesday, Feb. 5. “It’s enough for him to deal with his own things and try to deal with our things too.”"
Love is recovering from surgery on his right hand on Jan. 15 and is not expected to return until at least mid-March.
