The Minnesota Vikings announced the 2013 regular season schedule Thursday evening, revealing what appears to be a very tough schedule.

Minnesota will open the season on the road against the Detroit Lions, with an early bye in Week 5. The Vikings will play the New York Giants on Oct. 21 for Monday Night Football on ESPN.

For what should be a highly anticipated matchup, you’ll be able to see former Vikings players Sidney Rice, Percy Harvin, and Antoine Winfield when the team visits the Seattle Seahawks on Nov. 17.
