TMZ: Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson’s 2 year old Son in Hospital, Peterson to Address Media Later

According to TMZ, Adrian Peterson’s 2-year-old son is in critical condition at a South Dakota hospital after an alleged severe beating from the man who is dating the mother of his child.
The Vikings star running back missed practice for “personal reasons” Thursday according to a report from the Argus Leader.
A suspect has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery of an infant, TMZ said.
Police were sent to the apartment where Peterson’s son was living shortly before 6 p.m. on Wednesday and found the child unresponsive with severe head injuries, the report said.
Peterson left immediately after learning about his son, according to the report.
