It is looking increasingly likely that the Minnesota Vikings will be quiet on the free agency front in 2015, although Rick Spielman may still have something up his sleeve. That has not been the case every season though. The best example is that much of the successful 2009 team was acquired via free agency. Yesterday on Facebook, the Vikings’ official account asked who the best free agent signee in the team’s history was. That got me curious but more about the recent history of the team. Here are, in my opinion, the best Vikings free agent signings since the year 2000.
