Minnesota Twins: The Brian Dozier #VoteDozier Poem
There once was a man from Mississippi
Who found his way to the north
Via baseball and combing his hair flawlessly
The Twins knew he had quite the worth
He played second base like no had seen
Luis Rivas was a distant memory
But the All-Star selection staff was mean
Twins fans wouldn’t let this be
So we vote hard and we vote often
For Brian Dozier, not another Royal baby
We vote until Moustakas’ lead has softened
Then pass him up, smooth like gravy
Dozier needs to be headed to the All-Star Game
His season needs to go down in the Twins Hall of Fame
