18. Chih Wei Hu, SP

A bit of a surprise to the top 20 as many probably have never heard of the guy. Well, now you have. When you look at Hu’s statistics, it should be no surprise that he is on this list. While statistics don’t always tell the whole tale, he has the stuff to be a very good pitcher. Just 21 and looking to pitch next year in the Florida State League, he has a fastball that climbs up to the mid 90’s, and is very well-built (he is 6’1, 215 lbs). Hu must continue to develop a changeup and curve to get to the next level, but he provides a very projectable and interesting case. 2015 will be a big year for him in terms of proving that his stuff is legit and not just a fluke.
