14. Tyler Duffey,RH SP/RP
Duffey really came on strong last year, spanning across three levels and reaching AAA-Rochester. Duffey is a guy to keep an eye on, as he possesses a velocity that continues to climb along with very good control. He also has a solid breaking ball that continues to get better. Despite the velocity increase, he will probably never blow people away and will pitch mainly to contact. However, it stands to reason that Duffey could be a very solid # 3-5 starter in a major league rotation if he can continue to show that he can throw strikes and locate well.
