Rosario really struggled last year after being suspended the first 50 games of the season. He never seemed to get a consistent hitting game going and struggled to gain traction with the bat. However, he showed in the Arizona Fall League that he is not a busted prospect by any means, displaying fantastic outfield play along with a very good bat. He will not blow you away in terms of skill, but the guy can flat out hit – and hit with a little power. In the field, he has been put at second the past year or so, but now looks as if he will move back to the outfield due to the emergence of Brian Dozier at the major league level. Rosario will provide solid defense with a strong arm and the ability to be an everyday player in the outfield along with a strong bat.
