Minnesota Vikings: Would You Rather?
Would You Rather: Have Teddy Bridgewater for 15 years or Aaron Rodgers for 5?

Before anyone gets their shorts in a bunch, I realize this question is purely hypothetical, as Teddy Bridgewater and Aaron Rodgers are not leaving their respective teams anytime soon. What I’m more interested in is what everyone perceives Teddy’s value to be going forward.

I will start by saying that if I had to pick one guy over the other at this stage in their careers, I would choose Teddy. First of all, I am biased. Secondly, no one is trying to say he is at Rodgers’ level yet. However, he is only 22 and Rodgers is 31. Assuming the Vikings do everything in their power to keep him, and assuming he earns the job long-term, there is a good chance Teddy will still be playing a decade after Rodgers hangs it up. So the real question is would you rather have Teddy with what he has proven and elite potential for 15 years or Rodgers elite production for however long he can sustain it? I choose Teddy but think it is an interesting question.
