3. Jose Berrios,RH SP

Berrios has quickly rose up prospect lists due to his breakout year last year. Berrios has a strong arm and is constantly getting stronger and stronger as a pitcher. Berrios does not have the ideal frame for a starting pitcher, but he has 3 plus offerings: a strong fastball, changeup, and a solid curveball. Berrios is currently working on a 2-seamer and looks to get stronger heading into next season. He has sky-high potential because of his strong arm, and ability to limit walks and throw strikes.
