10. St. Louis Rams

Jeff Fisher has a good history with keeping players diligent and keeping troublesome players out of trouble. He will do that with Winston. Winston has phenomenal talent, and while he had a down year after last year’s Heisman Trophy campaign, he still gets picked in the top 10 by a very young and talented team. The Rams have weapons, and a strong defense. What are they missing? A Quarterback who can stay healthy and produce. Winston will be just that.

11. Minnesota Vikings
Dante Fowler, DE/OLB, Florida
While I am tempted to have DeVante Parker going to the Vikings, I passed on it. The Vikings have already made drastic improvements from last year’s defense. Head Coach Mike Zimmer has made an instant impact on this very young and talented team, and he adds another stud pass rusher to go with Anthony Barr. Fowler is a safe pick. He will be good in the pros, with a chance to be very good especially with the right grooming (which Zimmer is known for). Fowler can play DE & OLB. If I were Minnesota, I’d start him as OLB with Anthony Barr on the other side. Imagine a defense with Fowler, Barr, and Everson Griffen rushing your team’s QB.
12. Cleveland Browns
DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville
I’m a firm believer that Josh Gordon’s days in Cleveland are close to over. Enter DeVante Parker. Parker has a chance to be a number 1 wide receiver, and a number 2 at worst. Parker is a deep-ball guy, and possesses the ability to bring down deep balls and high throws. Parker will help a Cleveland offense that is looking for a Wide Receiver who will stay on the field and out of trouble. If Gordon stays, Parker will be a great compliment to Gordon and a big help to a young and struggling QB like Johnny Manziel.
