NBA: A Look at Rookies of the Year from 2000 to Wiggins

You can say I am jumping the gun, but I’m really not. Just after February ended, Andrew Wiggins won his fourth consecutive rookie of the month award.
The rookie of the year title is coming to Minnesota.
According to Bleacher Report’s Dan Favale, “If Wiggins’ numbers hold, he’ll become the third player in NBA history to begin the season under 20 years of age and average at least 15 points, four rebounds, one steal and a usage rate north of 20. Those other two players are Carmelo Anthony and [LeBron] James.”
It got me thinking: Who are some rookies of the year from recent history? Were any of them duds in the following years?
