1.       Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State — Character issues have put Winston subject to falling in the draft, but his talent is just too much for Tampa Bay to pass up. They get their franchise Quarterback here.

2.       Tennessee Titans: Leonard Williams, DT-DE, USC — Williams is perhaps the most talented guy in the draft, and the Titans don’t need to look at Mariota here as they have Zach Mettenberger to try out.

3.       Jacksonville Jaguars: Randy Gregory, OLB-DE, Nebraska — The Jaguars desperately need a pass rusher. It’s tempting to give Bortles another weapon to throw to, but the acquisition of Julius Thomas helped fix that.

4.       Oakland Raiders: Dante Fowler, OLB-DE, Florida — The Raiders do need some weapons to throw to for Derek Carr, but being that they just hired Jack Del Rio I tend to think they’ll go with a defensive player. Fowler is the best player on the board, and has a great motor for pass rushing. The Raiders pick a great pass rusher up here.
