  1. Christian Ponder

Best known for his wife blocking certain media members on Twitter, the once future QB of the franchise never turned out to be so for the Vikings. The Vikings had stretched to draft Ponder and while there were highs, lows were also very evident in his play.

He is now an Oakland Raider as a backup which probably sets up nice for Ponder. Ponder seemed to play better when he didn’t have to think too much, when he was just thrown out into the fire. The problems started once Ponder got to thinking.

Ponder started all 16 regular season games in 2012, the last season the Vikings made the playoffs, and Ponder started well above more games than anyone else on the list. He just couldn’t find the consistency that is needed from a full-time starting quarterback.

Plus, he and his wife snuck over to Hudson, Wisconsin to get married and thought no one would notice. The world only starts to smell like cheese in Hudson, they are not secluded from the rest of the world.
