You know why kids always want to get their Happy Meal toy right away? They want to see what it is all about and if it will be their new favorite toy. The kids want to know if McDonald’s bestowed upon them something that is worth their time or worth flinging at the back of their parents’ head while rolling down the highway.
That’s how I feel about Mike Wallace. Although, I doubt that I could fling Wallace at my parents’ heads, for a multitude of reasons, mainly because there is not enough room in my mother’s 2004 Ford Explorer to pull that kind of a stunt off.
Virtually the Vikings got rid of former Green Bay Packers wide out Greg Jennings to make way for the former Miami Dolphin and former Pittsburgh Steeler ball-snagger.
Wallace had some attitude issues in Florida, so it’ll be interesting to see how Wallace meshes in Minnesota. A change of scenery was needed for the just turned 29-year-old and he could turn out to be a major weapon for Bridgewater.
