Following a 20-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, here’s Jake Andersen’s updated 53-man roster prediction for the Minnesota Vikings.

Overall, the Minnesota Vikings roster is similar to last week’s prediction following the first preseason game. In reflection of the second preseason game, I made minor tweaks to the roster while factoring in Week One performances.

As stated last week, these roster predictions are largely based on how the players are performing in the preseason. Therefore, I am not giving players spots just because there seems to be a need for a position.

For example, many argue that the Vikings need a third-string quarterback considering Bradford’s injury history and a below average offensive line. Yet, if no one is stepping up for that spot, I am not giving them a free pass. Quite frankly, I don’t think the Vikings should either.

With that, here’s an updated version of the Vikings 53-man roster followed by a few notes concerning the list.
