Aldrick Robinson looks to prove that he is more than a one-game wonder.

One of the of Vikings’ players who stepped up against the Los Angeles Rams was wide receiver, Aldrick Robinson. He was thought to be quickly overtaking LaQuan Treadwell for the third receiver spot after the game to no avail.

Robinson made fantasy owners either angry or pleased with his two-touchdown performance in Week 4. Fans who were upset with the Vikings’ receiver were peeved that they did not have him on their rosters. Those who were happy had him in their leagues or daily fantasy pools. It was a virtuoso performance that left people wanting more.

Instead of getting more from Robinson, the Vikings looked elsewhere for their passing game.

It is understandable for the Vikings to do so with Thielen, Diggs, and tight end Kyle Rudolph already entrenched as the go-to guys on offense, Robinson does not get many opportunities. Because the Jets has a good secondary, the football may find him. Since the game which he hit paydirt twice, Robinson has only been targeted by Cousins twice.

Much of the Jets focus will be on stopping the Vikings’ primary playmakers. If Robinson is on the field and finds himself open chances are good that the football will find him. He can have another breakout game for the Vikings if it comes to fruition.
