Here’s where things get interesting. I am the conductor of the DeVante Parker to Minnesota train. I think pairing him back up with Teddy would be perfect and could take the Vikings offense to the next level. I have seen some arguments that since the team has bigger needs at linebacker, corner back and offensive line that Parker might not make the most sense. My counterpoint to that is that the Vikings never would have ended up with Randy Moss or Adrian Peterson if they drafted strictly based on the position of greatest need in the first round.
Amari Cooper and Kevin White could also be fits but both seem most likely to be gone before the Vikings pick at 11. If the Vikings don’t pick a receiver at 11 I would expect that they would probably add one later in the draft.
So to recap, I like the current Vikings receiving corps, I do not think they will bring one aboard in free agency and I want DeVante Parker in purple. What do you think?
