For whatever reason Greg Jennings has taken some heat since joining the Vikings two years ago. While it is true that his numbers are not the same as they were in Green Bay, he had Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers throwing to him then. His first year in Minnesota he rode a quarterback carousel in which none of the three options were great. Matt Cassel was the best of the bunch but he is not exactly a difference maker at the position. His second year, he played two and a half games with Cassel, one disastrous game in Green Bay with Christian Ponder at the helm and the rest with rookie Teddy Bridgewater. As Bridgewater got more comfortable in the offense, he relied heavily on Jennings and Jennings saw his numbers rise. He is an integral part of this offense and while there have been more impactful signings I am glad to have him on board.
