  1. Josh Freeman

What is it with the Vikings and making me drink the Kool-Aid? Freeman was stinking it up with the Tampa Bay Bucs and the Vikings picked up the QB in October of 2013. 10 days after he was signed, he was announced as the starter against the winless New York Giants… the Giants weren’t winless for long.

Freeman was horrible going 20-for-53 in passing attempts doing the opposite of McNabb by overthrowing his receivers.

Freeman had a horrible game and only started one game for the Vikings. He was slated to start the next week against the Green Bay Packers, but concussion symptoms kept him out of the lineup. Funny how things like that pop up after a horrible game.

What places Freeman ahead of McNabb in the rankings is the fact that Freeman should never have been the starter that soon after joining the Vikings. It takes time to learn an NFL playbook, nonetheless make it work during a primetime Monday Night Football game.

Freeman was simply set up to fail.
