Minnesota Timberwolves 2015-2016 Scheduled Revealed
The Minnesota Timberwolves are going to be kicking off the NBA season in style this season. After going through a spell of years where the Wolves barely were ever on national TV, well, the Wolves tipoff the regular season on ESPN taking on the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday October 28 in California.
The game is just one of 12 nationally televised games for the Wolves. The whole national schedule goes like this: seven times on NBA TV (Dec. 15 vs. Denver, Jan. 19 at New Orleans, Jan. 25 at Cleveland, Jan. 31 at Portland, Feb. 2 at L.A. Lakers, Feb. 28 at Dallas and Mar. 8 vs. San Antonio), three times on ESPN (Oct. 28 at L.A. Lakers, Jan. 8 vs. Cleveland, Jan. 15 at Oklahoma City and Feb. 3 at L.A. Clippers) and once on TNT (Nov. 12 vs. Golden State).
This will be the second straight year that the Wolves start the regular season on the road after kicking things off at home the previous 12 seasons. The Wolves first home game of the 2015-2016 campaign will be on Monday November 2 against division foe Portland Trailblazers.

The regular season finale for Karl-Anthony Towns, Kevin Garnett, Ricky Rubio and crew will be at home on Wednesday April 13 against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Minnesota will get a rest from the multitude of back-to-backs that they faced a year ago. Last season, the Wolves had the most back-to-backs in the league with 19 and this year the club has the least amount across the NBA with only 14.
The schedule breaks down with the Wolves facing the Eastern Conference teams twice each with one at home and one away. The Wolves face most Western Conference foes four times with two at home and two on the road. Minnesota only has to face the Lakers, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors three times this season. That’s a pretty good draw for the Wolves.
