Kevin Garnett taking Advantage of his Retirement
After retiring from the NBA before the season started, ex Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Garnett is making the most of his retirement.
Kevin Garnett is taking advantage of his retirement.
As we found out yesterday, Garnett is going to be a guest commentator on the NBA on TNT. He will be joining Ernie, Shaq, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley. It should be a great addition for the show with Garnett’s personality.
It has also been leaked that Garnett has been offered a coaching position with two NBA teams.
Who are those teams you may ask?

The first team is the Cleveland Cavaliers. With Garnett’s connection to Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue, Garnett would be a great addition to their coaching staff and the big man on their team.
The second team is the Milwaukee Bucks. This was sort of out of left field. There could be a connection through a friendship with Bucks head coach Jason Kidd. Garnett would be a great teacher for the long, tall, athletic Bucks.
It would be nice to see Garnett come back and coach the Timberwolves for a coaching position. Although that was basically his position last year, this young team could still learn a lot from the “Big Ticket.”
Kevin Garnett is sure taking advantage of his retirement. He has a lot left to give to the game of basketball and does not seem to be taking it easy yet.
It would be easy to see Garnett as a part owner of an NBA franchise some day. He definitely made enough money throughout his career with three max contracts.

It will be fun to watch Garnett on TNT. He has always been a fun person to watch in front of the camera. Put him across from the TNT commentating squad, and watch the fun unfold.
