The Minnesota Vikings are returning home 1-1 Let’s look ahead and preview Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Minnesota Vikings now make the trek back home to the friendly confines of U.S. Bank Stadium, the place in which they are 1-0 this season. The team now faces the 1-0 Tampa Bay Buccaneers after losing their matchup against the Steelers this past Sunday.

Hope can quickly be restored to the purple fanbase by defeating a tough, but young, up-and-coming team in Tampa Bay. The game is far from easy as the Buccaneers boast a young offense and a turnover-happy defense.

The battle for the Vikes to go above .500 can be watched this Sunday, September 24th at noon, Central Time on FOX.

Weighing heavily on the minds of Vikings’ fans everywhere is whether or not they will see Sam Bradford at the helm or Case Keenum for the second-straight week. While Keenum has defeated the Buccaneers the last two seasons, fans would much rather see a healthy Bradford.

Tampa Bay is coming off a big win against the Chicago Bears by the score of 29-7 in a contest that was never close. The Bucs turned the Bears over four times in the home rout. Should the Vikings follow the Bears’ follies, this game, too could get ugly in a hurry.

Ok, ok, we will not get too far ahead of ourselves as the Vikings have only turned the ball over once and that was at the end of last week’s debacle. The game was already chalked-up as a loss by the time Adam Thielen coughed up the turnover as well. However, if the purple wants to win this game, they may have to play their cleanest game of the season, regardless of who starts at quarterback.
